College Graduate

So what months of inactivity consisted of were: trying to obtain a biology degree, trying to keep my sanity and patience with my job and school work, trying to get into grad school, and trying to not have a meltdown in the middle. What came out was that I made it to my graduation. As the day approached I was anxious about what came after. No more waking up and walking around campus to dash into an acceptably late time or having the ease of all of your friends minutes away from meeting up. There was uncertainty about what my job prospects were and how life would be living at home. There were some bumps in the road but I did it, I finished my undergraduate career. When the day arrived, I was in better spirits than ever knowing how excited my family was to see me walk across the stage and that I had been waiting f this day for such a long time and that I made it to that morning.

Many things lie ahead but what I do know is that there’s a fantastic summer ahead of me and that whats meant to happen will happen.

Congratulations, love! I, too, graduated with a biology degree this year. Out of curiosity- what are you planning to do with it? πŸ™‚
